We are looking for an experienced strategist who is equally great at building relationships with our clients,
as they are collaborating with our designers.


A. To work alongside the Creative Director and a team of seven design and strategy associates to research, strategise, establish and execute –
     i. Brand Positioning, USP, Personality and Voice for the various companies that we consult
     ii. Research on Business & Competitors Landscape, Target Audience Behaviour, Trends Analysis for the various companies that we consult as well as for the studio
     iii. Conducting research for the purpose of writing White Papers
B. To take up client-facing and servicing roles for the portfolios assigned to you in order to ensure –
     i. Seamless communication of ideas to the respective client
     ii. Clarity in Timelines and Deliverables from both ends
     iii. Simplifying the decision-making process of the presented ideas for the client

This is a full-time position and the candidate is required to commence work at our studio as soon as possible.

i. Coming forth with fresh, well-researched and thought-through ideas
ii. Being an active part of each process of the project assigned to you – from strategic thinking and research to development and execution
iii. While you may not be designing the outcome, it is your responsibilty to work cohesively with your partner-designer, put forward your critical analysis and ensuring the outcome is delivered with efficiency.
iv. Discussions on effective marketing, strategy and promotions, to ensure that our work reaches the audience in the most appropriate way
v. Conducting research, running consistent analysis, and arriving at Brand Positioning and Personalities for the companies we consult
vi. Incorporating feedback until the closing of each project
vii. Conceptualising a Brand Experience for space/exhibit design project and finding effective ways to implement them
viii. Ensure timely delivery of committed outcomes for the projects assigned to you
ix. Hold and conduct meetings or presentations with the client when required
x. Liaison with contributors and decision-makers of your respective projects
xi. Having fun and loving what you do/create :)

Calcutta - 700017.


Project and Time Management skills
Proficiency with digital workflow
Ability to build frameworks, spot trends and think critically
Proficiency in designing and editing software’s such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premier Pro, SketchUp or Adobe AfterEffects will draw an added benefit.
Proficient in written and spoken English; should also be able to communicate thoughts in either Hindi or Bengali.


Master’s Degree in Design Management and/or similar level of qualification.
A minimum of 12 months of work experience in the field of branding, consulting, design, visual communication or other related field(s).

As you would have gathered, the work requires proficiency across media and levels of thinking, but that is where the challenge and charm is. As creative thinkers, everyone has their strengths, and not so strong suits. However, we’re a team that aims to balance that with what everyone brings to the table.
